What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, emirate, area and address, and optionally your email, car model and year, and any notes you add. When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see your number and what you send.
Why we use it
We use your details to confirm the fit of your order, arrange delivery, collect payment on delivery, and help with returns or questions. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with the courier who delivers your order. If you click a Buy on Amazon button, you leave our site and Amazon's own privacy notice applies.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep your cart and checkout working. It is deleted when you close your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UAE law requires for accounts and VAT, then delete them.
