The short version: we confirm every order with you before we send it, and you pay on delivery.

Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Your order
Placing an order is a request to buy. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the item and the fit for your car. The order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; you pay nothing in that case.
Product photos
Photos show the product type. Colour, texture and shape can differ slightly from car to car. We confirm the exact item with you before we send it.
Payment
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No card is needed on our website.
Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates, usually in 1–3 working days. Made-to-order items can take longer; we tell you the date when we confirm.
